NARDA Bolivian Handmade does not make returns / refunds of money in any case. If the chosen product does not meet your expectations, we can make a change for another of our products.

We request that all products that must be exchanged be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order and must comply with the following exchange policy.

NARDA Bolivian Handmade will not accept changes of any article that has been used, exposed to harmful elements. Returns dirty or damaged from wear and tear may not be accepted for an exchange.

The original NARDA shoe bag or protective bag is considered part of the product and returned shoes must be returned in the original packaging.

Please note that international duties and taxes must be covered by the client for shipments outside of Bolivia.

While we can't refund the money, we can exchange items for alternative styles and colors, we can help by ensuring a smooth exchange, and then provide assistance with re-ordering the preferred item. Please note that import duties and taxes will be incurred again based on exchanges.

All products returned correctly and without damage, may be exchanged for another item of the same value or greater (canceling the difference).

The purchase of our products and the use of our services imply that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of use in this document. All products offered by our website could be created, charged, sent or presented by a third page and in this case, they would be subject to their own Terms and Conditions.
