All types of leather and other delicate materials (including metal accessories) can suffer from moisture. Moisture, salt and atmospheric agents in general can cause permanent and irreversible wear. Therefore, you should avoid rain and direct contact with heat, oil, grease (makeup), alcohol (perfume solvents) and other abrasive products, since NARDA cannot take responsibility for eventual deterioration, modification and mishandling of our products.
In cities with temperatures above 25 ° C, the product should be stored with Silica Gel bags.
Avoid contact with any material that can transfer its color pigments to our shoes.
Store your shoes in a dark, dry place to maintain color.
All materials are sourced for exceptional quality and thoroughly tested before sale.

REPAIRS AND AFTER SALES
NARDA guarantees its products for 90 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only items that have a manufacturing failure, and does not cover damage resulting from dye transfer, accident or misuse, or any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than NARDA

We do not recommend adding rubber protective soles to NARDA products as this will upset the balance of the shoe and may cause the heel to break. Heel damage repair due to altered soles can incur a charge.
