Is it necessary to register to buy through narda.com.bo?
You need to create an account to place an order, in this way you can benefit from a safe, fast and personalized purchase. After the first purchase, your shipping details can be saved so that they can automatically appear in a next order.
How do I place an order through narda.com.bo?
Placing an order is easy, simply follow these steps:
- Shop by browsing through any of our product categories and view more detail on each product page.
- Add your chosen size to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
- A green ad will appear at the top right confirming your choice. Below this announcement, the detail of your order appears. Please review the items you have selected. To delete an item from your cart, click on the 'REMOVE' button next to the item.
- On the right side the subtotal appears and the option to calculate the shipping cost. In the "Calculate shipping" option, you must enter the country and city where you want to receive your product and press "Update". If you want to change the country and the city you can press the "Change address" option.
- Once your purchase has been reviewed and the country and city of destination have been entered, click “Checkout Now". It is mandatory to fill in all the Billing and Shipping fields to purchase the product. We also request to create an account for your security.
- On the right, you must select the option "PAY”. You must enable your credit or debit card with your provider to purchase online.
- Click the box of terms and conditions to proceed with your purchase. Finally, press the "Finish order" button. Enter your card details and click "Pay"
What size should I choose?
NARDA shoes come in Italian sizing and are true to size. Please refer to our size guide for further information. This information is also available on the individual product pages or write to info@narda.com.bo with your questions.
How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Can I amend any of my order details?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to change any of the details but may be able to assist you to cancel and replace the order. Please contact info@narda.com.bo for further information.
Please note that we are unable to add an item to an order or combine two orders together in the same shipment. You will be required to cancel your order and place a new one with all the items you wish to purchase; alternatively, you may simply place a new order for the additional item.
Payment and Shipping
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and all cards available on the ENLACE network in our checkout.
How soon will my order arrive?
All orders ship Monday through Friday. The shipping process takes between 2 and 3 days for standard shipments within the Bolivian territory and has a cost of 50 Bs.
The estimated shipping time is effective only from the moment the customer receives a purchase confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Can I request that the order be sent to an address other than the one with which I have registered?
Yes. You can select this option during the purchase process.
Can I amend my delivery address once the order has been placed?
Unfortunately we cannot make any changes once an order is shipped to our warehouse, as we are working quickly to get to your door.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number. You can use this number to track your order with our currier service.
Returns and Exchanges
What happens if it does not fit or I do not like the product I have bought?
Exchanging an item for a more suitable size is free, however all changes are subject to stock availability and compliance with our return policy. To exchange your article, you must contact the number +59178989187 or send an email to info@narda.com.bo.
Once the original item is received, it will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy, the exchange order will be sent and you will receive confirmation of it.
NARDA Bolivian Handmade does not make returns / refunds of money in any case. If the chosen product does not meet your expectations, we can make a change for another of our products of equal or greater value (canceling the difference).
We request that all products that must be exchanged be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order and must comply with our Policy of changes.
Do the products have a guarantee?
Yes, all NARDA products are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the shipping confirmation. The warranty applies to any factory failure. For any questions about this topic, write to us at info@narda.com.bo
What should I do if I experience an issue with my product?
We are sorry to hear if you have received an incorrect item or if you believe your item has been delivered defective. If this is the case, you should contact info@narda.com.bo with the following information.
-Your proof of purchase / order number
-A brief description of the issue.
-Supporting images
Our customer service team will contact you to advise you on the next steps.
All items returned as defective are thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to determine if an item is defective or normal wear and tear. We may be able to offer to repair your item, but please note that repairs are not guaranteed.
If in the rare event that your item is defective due to design error, we may be able to replace it. Replacements are subject to availability and we ask you to indicate that you want this option when requesting a return.
Do you offer a repair service?
NARDA guarantees its products for 90 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only items that present a manufacturing fault, and does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accident or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than NARDA.
NARDA offers an excellent after care service and will assist with all repairs where possible. Please note that some styles may be irreparable depending on the materials used and the age of the product. You may refer to a detailed description of all of our materials within this guide.
We strongly discourage the addition of rubber protective soles onto JIMMY CHOO products as this will alter the balance of the shoe and may cause the heel to break. Repairing heel damage due to the alteration of soles may incur a charge.
